Self-Confidence

I was reading an excerpt from Character Makeover and I wanted to share what I read with you guys.

"Self-confidence comes not from believing in yourself but from having faith in God. Pervasive self-confidence is not self-confidence at all, but God-confidence. That's another one of those spiritual paradoxes, like losing your life to find it, or the last shall be first.

Confidence is only as good as the one in whom you place your confidence. A radical shift from self-confidence to God-confidence makes all the difference."
